History: Built by the Fischer Nut roasting facility in stages between 1890 and 1979, the site served as Fischer Nut’s headquarters and roasting plant before the company was acquired by Proctor and Gamble.
Redevelopment: ODI has upgraded all building systems for the property.
Current status: The property was sold in 2018.
