This 300,000 square foot multi-story industrial facility was acquired in Fall 2013 from CorTrust Bank. Built by the Fischer Nut roasting facility in stages between 1890 and 1979, the site served as Fischer Nut’s headquarters and roasting plant before the company was acquired by Proctor and Gamble. The property was sold in 2018.
