This property was acquired in 2013 from Silgan Containers. It is a 485,000 square foot multi-story industrial facility located in “The Midway,” directly in between the St. Paul and Minneapolis CBDs. Built in stages by Silgan Containers between 1900 and 1970, the site served as a metal can manufacturing facility until the early 2000's. ODI converted the property to multi-tenant flex space.
