Giant Trade Center - 3000 Giant Road, San Pablo CA

This 385,000 square foot property was acquired in July 1994 from American Standard. It was formerly the American Standard bathroom fixture facility. ODI transformed the building into a multi-tenant commercial complex with mixed uses including retail, office, distribution, and light manufacturing. This property was sold in July 2007.
