Gregg Herbet, Partner

Mr. Herbert’s decades of commercial real estate experience include redevelopment of existing properties, land development, and Fortune 500 tenant representation. Prior to joining Orton Development in 2000, Mr. Herbert was a Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, and a marketing executive for IBM Corporation. Mr. Herbert received his B.A., with distinction, in Business and Finance from Bowling Green University.
