This property was acquired in December 2011 from John Hancock. It was built in 1984 and was previously rented to the State of California Department of Corrections. ODI completed tenant improvements and exceeded the lease renewal agreement with the State of California by upgrading the property to LEED Gold certification, saving the State over $75,000 on energy bills per year. The office park is currently leased to the State of California Department of Corrections.
