This building was acquired in February 2014 from Franklin Electric. It is six modern, single-story and two-story industrial facilities totaling 215,290 sq. ft. on 14.38 acres in Oklahoma City. Previously, it was the manufacturing operations center for Franklin Electric Company, Inc., a leader in water and fuel pumping systems. All of the buildings have now been sold.
