Steve Schwartz, Constrution and Project Management

Mr. Schwartz has more than 35 years managing complex construction projects, performing environmental abatement, and bringing sites into regulatory compliance. Mr. Schwartz’s projects include developing environmentally impacted land, performing residential abatement (including asbestos and lead), and managing redevelopment of specialty structures including hospitals, factories, and industrial plants. Mr. Schwartz joined Orton Development in 1999 and has a BSC in Petroleum Geology from the University of Calgary.
