Acquired in November 1994, this six-story, 74,000 square foot building is located on historic Telegraph Avenue near the University of California. The building was previously used as an office building. ODI converted the building into office/retail space, attracting a range of tenants from banks to hi-tech businesses. They then sold it in 2005.
