These two buildings total 73,500 square feet. It was acquired in 1995 from Village Plaza, Inc. This property was formerly used as office space. After acquiring the buildings, ODI sold one building to the Visiting Nurses Association. ODI rented the other building to service and retail tenants, as well as the City of Claremont.
