Situated in West Berkeley, the property originally owned by California Ink spans 4 acres and offers 78,000 square feet of light industrial space. With its acquisition, this project became a hallmark of Berkeley's development landscape, standing as the largest undeveloped manufacturing parcel in the area, spanning one-and-a-half blocks. Following the acquisition, significant efforts were made to rehabilitate many of the existing buildings for manufacturing purposes. This design allowed tenants to utilize portions of their suites as storefronts along prominent Berkeley thoroughfares, while the rest of the space was dedicated to office and manufacturing use. From artisanal wineries to innovative solar power companies and cutting-edge printing businesses, the property is home to a diverse array of forward-thinking tenants, each contributing to a dynamic and collaborative community.
